Yes, cancellations can be made by emailing us at delta@kumare.ca. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a refund. Once your package is out the door, all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.

Because our products are perishable, we typically do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

At the moment, each order is limited to one shipping address. If you’re sending to multiple people, please place separate orders for each recipient.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday will ship the next available shipping day.

We’ll do our best, but we rely on third-party couriers who may not always accommodate specific delivery notes.

Yes! We package all baked goods in sealed bags or cake boxes to help preserve freshness. Most pastries stay fresh for about 7 days at room temperature. Rural deliveries in exceptional cases may be less fresh but still delicious! Check out our reheating guide below.

For the best taste and texture, we recommend reheating Hopia and Pandesal in a toaster oven or regular oven at 250°F (120°C) for 5–7 minutes until warm. You can also use a microwave for the Ensaymada about 10–15 seconds, we do not recommend using an oven for the Ensaymada. Avoid overheating to preserve freshness.
